TSHFT/Cascadia Championship refund policy as follows. Full refunds will be offered up to 30 days before an event, if the request for the refund is received either through our website or social media pages. Messages directly to staff will not be considered. Please message our pages directly. Refund requests after the 30 days prior to the event will not be considered. Tickets are transferable up until 7 days of the event. Please note that all tickets are digital, you will not receive a physical ticket.
